By accessing our website, booking an appointment, using our automated assistant, or purchasing any service from Gold Star Roofing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with Gold Star Roofing online or in person across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

All work is performed under FL License # CCC1330842, and our team is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in compliance with Florida building and roofing codes.

3. Services Offered

Gold Star Roofing provides the following services to residential and commercial clients:

Free Roof Inspection — No-cost, no-obligation inspection by certified experts
Insurance Claim Estimate — Direct coordination with your insurance adjuster
Shingle Roof – Full Replacement — Architectural shingles with manufacturer warranties
Metal Roof – Full Installation — Hurricane-rated metal roofing systems
Tile Roof – Full Installation — Concrete and clay tile installations
Flat Roof / TPO — Seamless waterproof systems for commercial and residential properties
Commercial Roof Replacement & Maintenance — Large-scale replacements and preventive maintenance plans
Gutter Installation & Replacement — Custom-fitted seamless aluminum and steel gutters
Roof Ventilation Installation — Ridge vents, soffit vents, and attic fans
Storm & Wind Damage Repair — Emergency response including tarping services
Roof Leak & Partial Repair — Targeted repairs for leaks, missing shingles, cracked tiles, and damaged flashing

All services are subject to on-site assessment, applicable permits, and project-specific agreements. Service availability may vary based on location within our service area.

4. Online Appointments and Bookings

You may schedule a free roof inspection or service consultation directly through our website. When booking an appointment, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and property information
Be available at the scheduled time or notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule
Understand that booking an appointment does not constitute a binding service contract

Gold Star Roofing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather conditions, crew availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.

5. Online Payments

Gold Star Roofing accepts online payments securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you confirm that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided
All billing information submitted is accurate and complete
You understand that payment transactions are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms of service

No Money Up Front on New Roof Installations. For qualifying new roof installation projects, Gold Star Roofing offers deferred payment options — ask us how. Payment schedules for individual projects will be outlined in your written project agreement.

Payments for partial repairs, gutter installation, ventilation services, and other non-installation work may be collected at the time of service or as specified in your service agreement.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Free Inspections: No payment is required; no refund policy applies.
Deposits and Payments: Refund eligibility for any deposits or payments made is governed by the terms of your individual written service agreement with Gold Star Roofing.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance at 786-496-9355 or esmelin@goldstarroofing.us. Cancellation terms for contracted projects will be specified in your project agreement.

Gold Star Roofing does not issue refunds for completed work that was performed in accordance with the agreed scope of services.

7. Automated Assistant

Gold Star Roofing uses an automated assistant available via our website and WhatsApp to help answer common questions, assist with appointment scheduling, and provide general information about our services. Please be aware that:

The automated assistant is not a licensed roofing professional and does not provide binding estimates or official assessments
Responses from the automated assistant are for informational purposes only
For official quotes, inspections, or project details, please speak directly with a Gold Star Roofing team member

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Gold Star Roofing website — including text, images, logos, service descriptions, and branding — is the property of Gold Star Roofing of Florida Corp. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. The Gold Star Roofing name, taglines ("Hurricane and Storm Secure Roofing," "No Money Up Front on a New Roof"), and associated branding are proprietary and protected.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gold Star Roofing performs all work in accordance with Florida building codes and industry standards. However:

Gold Star Roofing is not liable for pre-existing structural damage, hidden defects, or conditions that could not be identified during a standard inspection
Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the value of the services provided under your project agreement
Gold Star Roofing is not responsible for delays caused by weather events, permit processing, material supply issues, or other factors outside our control
Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury or property damage caused by our proven negligence

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

Gold Star Roofing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
